The Marketplace focuses on everyday pet supplies that animal welfare groups use every day. From pet food and litter, to treats and toys, pest prevention, collars and leashes... we have you covered!
The Marketplace is also our Food Program! We sell discounted Iams and Greenies without strenuous application processes or red tape. Simply create a Marketplace account, upload your state exempt form, and after your exempt form is reviewed, you are eligible. Buy only the food you need, when you need it – no strings attached.
The Shelters United Marketplace is launching its pet supplies availability in phases and serves certain zip codes in the middle region of the U.S. However, Aurora Pharmaceutical products are available in every area of the U.S. right now. Please stay tuned for updates on pet supplies availability in your region.
Our Vet Care Product Discount Program is open to nonprofit animal welfare organizations and municipalities. It’s free and there are no minimum purchases or requirements. Fill out an interest form here and a Member Consultant will be in touch!
The Shelters United Marketplace is a separate platform from MWI, so you'll need to create a new login specifically for the Marketplace Shop.
We need a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, NOT your 501c3 designation letter. Sales Tax Exemption Certificates enable a purchaser to make tax-free purchases that would normally be subject to sales tax. The purchaser fills out the certificate and gives it to the seller. The seller keeps the certificate and may then sell property or services to the purchaser without charging sales tax. To upload yours, and avoid taxes, you can do so here.
The Shelters United Marketplace store is unrelated to MWI Animal Health and the MWI portal. Regulatory laws require that we maintain our own veterinary authorization signatures and paperwork. To upload yours, you can do so here.

The minimum purchase for American Distributing and Manufacturing Company (ADMC) products is $500. All other supplies don’t require a minimum purchase.
