      Shay joined Shelters United in 2013 as a Chief Technology Officer and is a member of the senior management team. Shay is in charge of establishing company direction and strategy for all technology related challenges, both internally and partner collaboration wise.

      Shay also provides technical support for all of Shelters United’s employees working remotely across the country, and is in charge of web development and optimization of SheltersUnited.com.

      Shay holds a degree in Strategic Communication from Ariel University, Israel and has a passion for traveling, technology, social media, digital marketing and dogs.

      Shay adopted Phoebe, an adorable Belgian Shepherd in Israel. Phoebe will soon celebrate 15!
