John has been on the INPEx team for 30 years, covering a variety of roles in a wide array of programs.
In the pet channel, he oversaw our pet adoption kit program, distributing 1.5 million kits per year for 10 years, to over 1,000 animal shelters. His role in that program involved budgeting, design, print and fulfillment management and oversight of a shelter rewards program, involving survey cards enclosed in kits. He was also responsible for managing an independent research program at INPEx.
Currently, John manages the internal budgeting and cost management of Shelters United’s GPO program and related inputs to revenue projection models, as well as client invoicing and billing management. He liaises with banks, accountants, the payroll provider, 401k management firms, and provides HR support in onboarding new team members.
